I sewed together this orange stretchy fabric and tucked it away in my bag, I would take it out on occasions whenever I felt insecure or lost within parties or social gatherings and would invite people to join me in the fabric. It was a way for me to create a more intimate space, sort of like an initiation where without words we communicate with our bodies as we fumble and move together. It was always very explorational, regenerative, and intimate. The piece has had several incarnations in various performances and places and parties, a few images and video’s below are in various forms or places that were documented. Most were not captured in this way.
